“This course gave me a clear process that actually works.
It reduced stress, improved how I lead, and changed how conflict is handled across my school.
I’ve already booked further training for other leaders — that’s how valuable it is.”

About This Course
Most workplace conflict doesn’t explode — it lingers. It quietly erodes trust, drains time, and damages credibility long before it becomes formal. Left unchecked, it shows up as avoided conversations, escalating issues, and teams carrying frustration that never gets resolved.
This programme is designed for professionals who need a structured, reliable way to intervene early. Rather than relying on instinct alone, you’ll learn a clear, repeatable mediation process that allows you to step in confidently, handle emotionally charged situations, and prevent conflict from escalating into formal grievances, attrition, or reputational risk.

Frequently asked questions
Who is this programme designed for?
It's for people who want to do this properly. HR professionals, legal practitioners, people managers, and career changers who want a qualification that carries real weight — not just an introduction to the topic.
The course fee is a significant investment — is there any flexibility on payment?
Yes. We offer flexible payment plans to make the programme more manageable — so the cost doesn't have to be a barrier to getting a qualification that could genuinely change the direction of your career. Get in touch and we'll find an arrangement that works for you.
What will I be qualified to do at the end of the programme?
You'll leave as an OCN accredited mediator — qualified to practise mediation professionally. That's a recognised credential you can point to, whether you're moving into mediation as a career or adding it as a formal skill within your existing role.
You will also be able to apply to a number of national and international bodies for membership as a recognised mediator.
Is eight days a big time commitment?
It's a significant investment, and deliberately so. Becoming a qualified mediator takes depth, practice, and feedback — not a weekend course. The programme is structured to fit around working life, and most participants find the time flies once they're in the room.
Will I get to practise, or is it mostly classroom-based?
Hands-on practice is built into the programme throughout. You'll work through real scenarios, get structured feedback, and leave having actually mediated — not just having learned about it.
