Can I join a course as an individual, or is it just for organisations?

Both. Our open programmes are designed for individuals and small groups who want to join others, so you don't need to come as part of a team. If you're an organisation looking to train a group, we can deliver any of our courses in-house, tailored to your context. 

How do I know which course is right for me?

It usually comes down to what you need right now. If there's a live conflict situation you're trying to handle, Workplace Conflict Management is the place to start. If you're looking to qualify as a mediator, the 8-Day programme is the one. Not sure? Get in touch and we'll point you in the right direction. 

Are the courses accredited?

Yes, all of our programmes are accredited. The one-day courses carry CPD accreditation, which counts towards your professional development record. The 3-Day Principled Negotiation and 8-Day Mediation Training & Practice are OCN accredited, meaning you leave with a recognised qualification, as a certified principled negotiator or accredited mediator respectively. 

Can the training be tailored for our organisation?

Absolutely. Every programme we offer can be adapted to suit your sector, your team's specific challenges, and your schedule. We work with you to make sure it lands properly, not just ticks a box. 

How do I secure a place?
